Looking for a flexible people-focused role on campusHarvard Recreation managed by HealthFitness is hiring part-time Front Desk Attendants on campus in Cambridge MA. Be the friendly face that welcomes members and helps create a positive engaging environmenton your schedule.

Greet check-in and assist customers. Provides program information services membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

Part-time: 4-10 hours/week

Schedule: Shifts available in 2-3 hours increments during the following days and times:

Sundays6pm-11:15pm

Mondays6pm-8pm

Wednesdays10am-10:15pm

Thursdays8pm-10:15pm

Saturdays 3pm-8:15pm

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience a plus.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire. Note: certification must have an in-person component/OSHA compliant and not 100% online.

Compensation: $13 - $15/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
