We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage technical issue reporting and claim handling in a multi-country environment supporting the SAM and EAO regions.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate issue registration driving root cause analysis and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and responsible teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities technical understanding and the ability to lead claims handling in alignment with established processes.
This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate can be based in India Indonesia Malaysia or Vietnam and will report to the Manager Customer Claims & Process Management East Asia & Oceania based in Bangkok.
