Who You Are:

35 years of experience in commercial landscape management (required).
A strong communicator with proven client relationship skills.
Skilled in managing crews schedules and budgets with quality and safety as priorities.
Eligible to work in the U.S. 21 years old with a valid drivers license.

What Youll Do:

Manage client relationships with monthly walkthroughs proactive communication and on-site quality control.
Direct daily field operations including scheduling routing and managing crews.
Ensure services meet contract scope quality standards and financial goals.
Grow accounts through enhancement proposals irrigation management and upselling services.
Recruit coach and manage your teams performance.
Lead site audits and branch meetings to keep operations aligned.
Champion safety across all work environments.
