Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)- Eve Shift Location: Bennington VT 05201
Duration: 13 weeks Contract
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $1000 - $1080; (Negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility transfers and positioning
- Provide basic patient care and comfort measures
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient environment
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks as delegated
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
- Previous experience as an LNA
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Required
- Ability to work the specified shift hours consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient-focused and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
