Job Summary

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)- Eve Shift

Location: Bennington VT 05201

Duration: 13 weeks Contract

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1000 - $1080; (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Assist with patient mobility transfers and positioning
Provide basic patient care and comfort measures
Maintain cleanliness and safety of patient environment
Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks as delegated
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
Previous experience as an LNA
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Required
Ability to work the specified shift hours consistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate patient-focused and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
