Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Senior Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes.
- Lead the definition and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow IRM platform implementations.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic GRC objectives.
- Conduct discovery workshops stakeholder interviews and business process analysis to gather validate and translate requirements.
- Develop risk-related documentation including risk registers assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure ServiceNow IRM modules and ensure functional solutions meet business needs.
- Create dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility into risk and compliance status.
- Develop test plans support user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.
- Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise for implemented ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Stay current on ServiceNow IRM product updates and GRC industry best practices.
- Utilize strong communication presentation and facilitation skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Preferably have experience with Agile methodologies and other risk management software.
