6 years of experience in QA/testing with at least 5 years in Workday testing.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes (HCM Payroll Benefits Recruiting etc.).
Experience with Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and Report Writer is a plus.
Proficiency in creating Test Strategy Test Plans and Test Scenarios.
Familiarity with JIRA ALM or other test management tools.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
