About the role
As a Physical Scientistat Lubrizol youll join a dynamic R&D team where your expertise in applied chemistry will directly contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies and solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply physical and chemical principles to real-world challenges collaborate across disciplines and support business-critical projects. From advancing corrosion and e-mobility initiatives to generating intellectual property and partnering with internal teams youll play a vital role in shaping innovation and delivering impactful results across the organisation.
About you
You bring a strong foundation in physical chemistry a passion for applied science and a continuous improvement mindset based on Artificial Intelligence potential for automation and digitalisation. Youre analytical collaborative and eager to contribute to cross-functional teams. Your ability to communicate complex concepts and generate meaningful insights sets you apart.
You will also bring:
- A degree in physical chemistry or a related scientific field
- Experience in applied chemistry within industrial or research environments
