Position: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Afternoons11:00 AM - 11:30 PM 12

Shift Notes: 12hr Afternoons 48hr gt

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

COVID Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures) or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing please include the travelers COVID vaccination card/or intent to fill out the exemption form with profile submission.

Traveler Policy: RATE WILL BE ADJUSTED FOR LOCAL TRAVELERS (10% reduction of posted rate if perm address is w/i 50 miles of facility).

8hrs non-billable orientation

Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** For Holiday Coverage Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after

New Years Eve/New Years Day and Friday/weekend after. NOTE Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026

** AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

** ACLS NRP and BLS MUST BE IN HAND AND INCLUDED IN PROFILE UPLOAD. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER. This is non-negotiable

Submission Requirements

2 years of current L&D experience
Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
ACLS NRP and BLS MUST BE IN HAND AT PROFILE UPLOAD. PLEASE INCLUDE IN PROFILE. FACILITY WILL NOT PEND UPON OFFER - This is non-negotiable
Permanent address must be included with the profile
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
