Engineering Recruiting Sourcer - Entry Level - FULLY ONSITE - NO HYPRID OR REMOTE AVAILABLE.

Entry-Level (0-2 years of experience)

Base of $40K Uncapped Bonus/Commission structure

AAS Degree
Willing to work onsite in Mansfield MA North Andover MA or Shelton CT
Competitive and coachable
Strong technology/computer skills: Microsoft Office proficiency (Word Excel Outlook) Adobe Acrobat (converting PDFs etc.) Phone/Email etiquette

The Sourcer role is intended for entry-level candidates that will search for candidates using our internal database as well as resume/job site databases such as Monster Careerbuilder Linkedin etc. After approximately 6 months in this role the candidate if its determined that you are ready for the transition would transition to a full Recruiter position!

Note: We are also always looking for experienced recruiters to join our team as well! Locations are Mansfield MA North Andover MA or Shelton CT.
