Job Summary (List Format):
- Create maintain and update internal standards processes and training materials with a focus on physical security and incident/case management systems.
- Provide technical writing and editing services for documentation including requirements process documents user manuals configuration guides and training materials.
- Analyze current business practices and research industry standards to develop and update security documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams external organizations and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Identify business requirements for a case management system evaluate and select appropriate systems and lead onboarding and data migration from legacy systems.
- Ensure all security documentation meets industry standards internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Design clear and user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain familiarity with security principles processes and standards especially as applied in large financial institutions.
- Ensure documentation supports organizational security posture and regulatory compliance.
- Use common documentation tools (such as Confluence SharePoint Git) and case management systems to organize and manage documentation.
