- Leadership and Technology: Essentia Health is a dyad-led organization with strong physician and administrative leadership. We are certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and ambulatory facilities ensuring top-tier electronic medical record adoption.
Job Specifics
- Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and overnight coverage.
- Patient Load: Manage an average of 10-12 follow-up visits and 2-4 new patients per day.
- Growing Team: Join a team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs with anticipated future growth/expansion.
- Regional Outreach: Provide care one day per week/month (depending on the week) to clinics in Jamestown ND; Lisbon ND; Wahpeton ND; Detroit Lakes MN; Park Rapids MN and Fosston MN.
- Call Schedule: Approximately 8-10 days of call per month.
- State-of-the-Art EMR: Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for seamless patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician
COMPENSATON
- $580000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
