We are seeking a talentedContent Development & Technology Adoption Specialist to join us inCluj-Napoca Romaniaat our EMEA Technology Hub. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.He will partner with subject-matter experts to foster organizational readiness and adoption of innovations and engineering best practices. Your creativity and expertise will help develop engaging contentincluding skill assessments bite-sized modules videos and internal communicationsthat empower colleagues worldwide to grow their skills and embrace change. Your work will directly influence the organizations ability to adopt new technologies efficiently and effectively. The role reports to the Engineering Adoption Lead within the Technology Readiness and Change Enablement (COE).

We will count on you to
- Support the implementation and development of Technology Readiness & Change Enablement programs skill assessments and communications.
- Design effective visual solutions like product marketing/tutorial videos thumbnails banners and digital graphics to promote new initiatives.
- Collaborate with business units and subject-matter experts to identify engineering adoption needs and continuously improve our resources and documentation.
- Managing and updating our platforms including SharePoint Degreed and Workday to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine digital content and program effectiveness.
What you need to have
- Excellent communication both in English and Romanian
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in creating engaging digital learning experiences using tools like Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
- Skilled in video/graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Illustrator.
- Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Learning Management System administration.
- Strong project management and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently solve problems creatively and adapt quickly across diverse projects and regions.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and promotes an inclusive respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
