Purpose of the Job
To secure sales training and support within your assigned customer portfolio. This role is key in building customer relationships supporting product knowledge and ensuring commercial success in line with company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
- Deliver budgeted sales targets in line with company strategy.
- Define and execute individual customer strategies focusing on long-term value creation.
- Expand and maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers.
- Present and support the implementation of new products technologies and software.
- Collaborate with Wireless ASMs for joint customer visits where applicable.
- Identify and translate market trends into business opportunities.
- Execute commercial planning for campaign launches.
Planning & Forecasting
- Plan customer visits based on goal achievement and prioritization.
- Conduct sales forecasts using customer insights and commercial planning.
- Participate in customer events and fairs to enhance visibility and engagement.
Customer Service & Internal Collaboration
- Act as a proactive escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Work closely with the marketing team on both local and national initiatives.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide audiological support on the Sonova helpline for HCPs and end-users.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as translations reporting product info and event planning.

- Assist across other functions when possible and relevant to your skillset.
- Actively seek improvements in processes within your control.
- Take ownership of your development and performance appraisals.

Your profile
Must-Have
- Audiological education.
- Work experience in audiology.
- Strong technical insight into hearing care solutions.
- Fluent in Danish and a high level of English both spoken and written.
- Valid drivers license.

- Education or experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong presentation sales and training skills.
