Background
Role and responsibilities:
Accountable for assigned projects and to project sponsors.
Coordinate cross functional teams to execute project to achieve project goals.
Assist with the planning and execution of activities required to meet project goals within the project budget and schedule constraints.
Job Duties:
Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
Assemble a project team based on project needs and secure resources and budget.
Organize lead and motivate project team.
Lead project team to develop project plan according to project scope and requirements and execute the project plan.
Monitor and control project performance to ensure the project is on track to achieve project goals.
Work with project team or stakeholder to take corrective actions if project is not on track.
Manage project budget cost and economics.
Communication: report project status to stakeholders and facilitate project team meetings on regular project risks including identification and mitigation of risks.
Required Education Experiences and Competencies:
Minimum Bachelors degree. Higher education is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of project management experiences.
Understanding and demonstration of project management methodology and associated tools (project start-ups project planning execution & tracking etc.)
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a management and leadership skillsExcellent communication skills.
