**Schedule**:
The position encompasses an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday in addition to weeknight and 24-hour weekend on-call duties.
**Electronic Medical Records**: The facility utilizes EPIC and Sentrax systems.
**Responsibilities**: All interventional radiology (IR) procedures will be the responsibility of the contracted IR physician. The physician will also be required to cover angiography for up to 25% of the year which will facilitate necessary time off for the contracted physician on weekends when not on call.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 5-6 procedures per day in Angiography and Embolization is essential.
- Candidates must be fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology and possess the capability to perform all interventional procedures including angiography.
- It is also mandatory to have experience in pediatric cases and to provide case logs accordingly.
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Board Certification is required.
- An active medical license in the state of Ohio is required.
- Completion of an Interventional fellowship is required.
- A clean background with no malpractice history is required.
- Candidates must provide case logs and demonstrate experience in Angiography and Embolization.
**State License Requirements**:
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Ohio.
