Job Summary
Perfection Servo a SunSource company specializes in providing worldwide service repair and remanufacturing in the areas of electronics hydraulics robotics servos and mechanical components for various industries.
Sources cost of new and repair pricing on jobs with the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
Informs customer of unit prices shipping dates anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer
Quotes all incoming jobs in a timely manner
Follows up on all quotes to obtain customer approval for the repair
Confers with production or shipping to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
Receives and checks customer complaints
Handles all filing related to the assigned customer group
Fills out customer concern forms on sub-contracted jobs
Prepares various reports to customers or management as needed
