Job Summary
Position Title:
Entry Manufacturing Laborer - 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$19.81/hr
Sign on Bonus:
$500 after 30 days
$500 after 6 months
Retention Bonus:
$500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years

The Job You Will Perform:
- Check for count accuracy and conformance to specification
- Double check for quality issues communicating them to control room operator or wet end operator
- Measure finished sheet for accuracy
- Insert Proper load tags into finished measured units
- Check unit for appearance
- Operate count station and load tag printer
- Restack non-conforming units
- Hand-flip bundles when warped or otherwise required
- Properly document non-conforming materials onto disposition sheet
- Determine whether order is complete or partial
- Operator must wear all required personal protective equipment
- Operator must be proficient in using/reading tape measure and safe use of utility knife
- Operator must keep work areas clean and free of debris including keeping floor clean of sheets
- Operator must be able to safely lift/move up to 50lbs during regular work shift
- Operator must follow lock-out/ tag-out procedures
- Prepare and set in place the Top dunnage for unit strapping
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading orders

- Ability to read write and speak English
- Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler
- Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience
- Stable and verifiable work history
