We are looking for Communications Coordinator
As GRO/Front Desk Supervisor we rely on you to:
Assist Russian-speaking guest services such as checking in and out procedures.
Handle Russian-speaking guests requests in a timely professional and efficient manner.
Handle guest complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Front Desk Operation.
Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for guests.
Maintain close communication with other departments of the hotel to ensure smooth information flow and jointly solve guests problems.
We are looking for someone who:
Communicates and writes with fluency in Russian (and local language) possess a professional Russian language certificate at Level 4 or above. Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
Takes pride in being a hotelier
Loves interacting with guests
Enjoys working as part of a team
Has a can-do attitude
Is a self-starter
Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
Have at least one year of work experience in a relevant position at an international brand five-star hotel.
