Job Summary

What You Can Expect

As a Project Coordinator Analyst based at our University of Iowa location in support of Outside Services you will play a key role in the development documentation and maintenance of processes for Outside Services billings from customer requests through invoicing and payment. Youll be supporting major projects for our utility system interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders across campus and building the foundation for a long-term career in energy and infrastructure.

What Youll Do in this role:

  • Coordinate with management other staff and customers in the creation of quotes for service and purchase order tracking.
  • Ensure that all Outside Services are accounted for and billed properly to customers.
  • Learn the payables process quote creation and working in Maximo with assets and GL numbers.
  • Track resulting annual volume and margins on a monthly basis.
  • Train staff and engage management on enforcement of the process.
  • Develop a consistent process that handles all the current variations and situations encountered.

What Youll Bring

  • A Bachelors degree with no experience required (entry level); or Associates degree with three (3) years of related experience; or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of related experience.
  • Excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management tools to gather organize and communicate project/accounting data effectively.
  • Solid organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex projects.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement and documentation.

  • An initiative-taking mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving in a dynamic project environment.

Additional Details

  • Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license/clean driving record; for the use of company vehicle ability to drive to site locations.
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies.
  • This position consists of 10% of outdoor work while performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to weather conditions.

Compensation

Hourly Range: $26.58 - $40.74 USD hourly

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

ENGIE complies with all federal state and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography experience education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
