• Lead and develop the local P&C team and operations department ensuring high-quality HR services and acting as a trusted partner for management employees and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws internal policies and audit requirements while maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Lead recruitment and employer branding strategies tailored to the Cluj market including senior and critical hiring.
• Oversee talent and performance management compensation and benefits processes ensuring alignment with business needs and market practices.
• Partner with management to design and implement training programs and career development initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning and labor cost budgeting together with BSC management.
• Strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders and manage external providers (recruitment payroll consultancy training).
• Drive local digital HR transformation improving local HR systems process automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Further develop employee engagement and company culture creating a workplace where people can grow perform and feel valued.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Business Service Center.

• Degree in Business Administration (with HR specialization) or Psychology (with personnel & organizational development) or comparable.
• 610 years in HR leadership positions managing teams or multiple functions HR management / HR business partner roles.
• Comprehensive HR knowledge with understanding across related disciplines.
