Job Description:
- Support the set-up configuration and documentation of hardware and software systems under test including loading software onto multiple devices
- Support design development and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting of components sub-assemblies assemblies and systems
- Support development of test plans test procedures requirements traceability test reports test flow and test case design and implementation
- Document testing issues and failuresand perform analysis of test results
- Support formal systems acceptance testing activities
- Present test strategies plans and results to internal and external customers
- Support failure investigation activities and failure review board (FRB) meetings
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or other related field
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of communications systems software languages automated software test networks network security power systems antennas RF and/or mechanical design and analysis
- Desired skills include requirements analysis and verification software scripting and usage of automated testing frameworks and applications
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is $25.00 - $47.50. The salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $22.00 - $40.50. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits including relocation stipend 401(k) EAP and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire schedule type and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
