Job Description

Associate: This role will also involve maintaining and delivering stock to our various locations throughout the day pulling reports and fulfilling orders to ensure that merchandise levels are consistently maintained at all times. The warehouse associate works directly with sales associates and managers assisting with putting away stock setting planograms and implementing various promotions. Warehouse Associates may be called upon to perform all necessary store functions including but not limited to customer service register transactions and maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Put the customer first at all times
  • Provide best-in-class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution
  • Proper utilization and respect for company-issued tools and resources with applications based on the security practices of the work environment
  • Create and maintain a good working relationship with your fellow associates
  • Maintain store/stockroom/warehouse appearances with respect to creating a safe workplace environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations visual merchandising housekeeping and maintenance standards.
  • Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving cycle counts product returns transfer transactions etc. on our handheld or Company equipment
  • Efficiently and accurately complete the required process controls (paperwork etc.)
  • Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes
  • Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required
  • Accurately report and follow up on all IMT issues
  • Identify and report to management discrepancies according to the defined process
  • Price stock and assist in store stocking where needed

Position Qualifications:

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum one year of warehouse retail or customer service experience required
  • Must have strong customer service and practical communication skills
  • Work with a consistent sense of urgency
  • Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once
  • Must be a self-starter and can work with minimal instruction
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities in unexpected situations
  • Able to lift to 40lbs stand for long periods of time climb bend and walk a lot
