Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Finance operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance functions including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and reconciliations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing finance operations and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage finance functions including AP AR and reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Lead a team of finance professionals providing guidance support and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within finance operations.
Monitor financial performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data including month-end close processes.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in finance managed services with a focus on AP AR and reconciliations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and tools with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
