Job Summary
Position: Scrum Master / PMO (Banking Industry) - Technology Consulting
Level: Manager
Activities: Facilitates process of working with Feature owner and team to re-balance and re-prioritize work within a sprint Facilitate effective communication within the program team and with external stakeholders. Ensure that stakeholders are informed about program progress and key milestones (incl. change management support) Generate regular and ad-hoc reports dashboards and analysis to provide insights into program performance progress and key metrics Manage progress by facilitating agile events (incl. coordinate sprint planning daily standups and review/retrospective sessions) and helping team members overcome roadblocks Manage program documentation including project plans status reports risk registers and other relevant documentation Contribute to the identification tracking and resolution of program risks and issues. Work with Program Leads to develop mitigation strategies Help track metrics (inputs outputs and outcomes) for team; monitors these on ongoing basis
Thai native / Thai nationality only Bachelors degree in a relevant fields i.e. Business Administration Engineering Computer Sciences or Information Technology Experience leading a team of 5 members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools and software Familiarity with risk management financial management and governance principles Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards Manage and administer project management tools and systems used within the PMO working alongside scrum master to ensure that the tools/ trackers are up to date/ standard |
