Hearing Aid Technician

Purpose of the job:

To manufacture and repair hearing aids for Sonova customers across the UK and parts of Europe. You will be part of a high-performing service team committed to quality speed and care.

Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Assemble and detail small hearing instruments in a fast-paced production environment
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work
  • Be cross-trained to complete one function prior and one function after your primary task
  • Manage tools and workspaces with efficiency and organization
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and perform additional duties as required
  • Contribute to creating a sense of purpose and excellence within the team

Qualifications:

  • Basic English (B2): Understands complex texts and communicates clearly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
  • Comfortable using email including sending receiving and managing attachments.
  • Experience working with small components and assemblies
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Quick to learn new tools and adapt to change
  • Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
  • Dependable safety-conscious and calm under pressure
  • Adapts to changing technology or environments
