Hearing Aid Technician
Purpose of the job:
To manufacture and repair hearing aids for Sonova customers across the UK and parts of Europe. You will be part of a high-performing service team committed to quality speed and care.
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Assemble and detail small hearing instruments in a fast-paced production environment
- Maintain a high attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work
- Be cross-trained to complete one function prior and one function after your primary task
- Manage tools and workspaces with efficiency and organization
- Adapt to evolving business needs and perform additional duties as required
- Contribute to creating a sense of purpose and excellence within the team
Qualifications:
- Basic English (B2): Understands complex texts and communicates clearly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
- Comfortable using email including sending receiving and managing attachments.
- Experience working with small components and assemblies
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Quick to learn new tools and adapt to change
- Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Dependable safety-conscious and calm under pressure
- Adapts to changing technology or environments
