Job Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that our customers orders are processed appropriately. They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided. Professionalism follow through and attention to details are critical skills for this role.

This role offers flexible working arrangements. You will not be required to attend the office every day but you should be located within approximately 1.5 hours commuting distance to allow for occasional onsite meetings collaboration sessions or training.
