Job Mission

Are you passionate about electrical systems and eager to be part of a global company that is transforming the industry with cutting-edge technology ABB is looking for an Internal Service Technician to join our Electrification division within the Service team in Brazil. If you have experience in fault analysis of electrical equipment and technical interpretation and youre ready to take on technical challenges in an internal environment this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Receive technical requests from the field after service execution.

• Technically analyze the received reports checking for pending issues and the need to prepare a technical report for the customer.

• Identify whether the pending issue is administrative or engineering-related.

• Log working hours in SAP and identify the type of service (Work Order) indicating whether it is ready for billing.

• Provide technical support to field and engineering teams.

• Have technical knowledge of electrical panels and their components.

Requirements

• Technical education in Electrotechnics Electrical or Electromechanics (preferably from SENAI).

• Technical experience in fault analysis of electrical equipment circuit breakers contactors panels and protection relays.

• Proficiency in Office 365 with skills in reading and interpreting technical information.

• Good communication and organizational skills for working in an internal environment.

Differentials
