Job Summary

Responsibilities

Includes but is not limited to

Perform quality mechanical repairs assigned by Service a professional and timely manner
Assist Service Mgr. by advising customers of necessary repairs and ability to make recommendations to customers for preventative maintenance
Maintain all service tools service vehicle or shop bay/s
Responsible for safety and maintaining a safe working environment in the shop area
Documenting in detail all repairs made on repair orders.

Candidate Knowledge

Very strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Computer literacy skills with emphasis on Microsoft Windows
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and Service Mgr.

To be considered for top pay a technician must have a vast knowledge of farm equipment ability to diagnose and repair farm equipment ability to read and understand both hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 5pm Friday 7:30am to 4pm Saturday work as needed from 8am to 12pm
