As part of the Division of University Marketing and Communications the Marketing Project Manager is a member of a creative team that collaborates closely to support the marketing needs of the Division of Enrollment Management. Through the EM Marketing team this position is actively involved in work that promotes the University to prospective undergraduate students including but not limited to high school students transfer students UD Sinclair Academy students international students veterans and military-connected students parents and high school counselors. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management Marketing and Communications the Marketing Project Manager will manage digital and print projects from beginning to end. This includes coordinating the production of materials and ensuring all projects are delivered accurately on time and within budget. A large part of this role involves working closely with print production vendors. This position will be responsible for clearly communicating project specifications and requirements providing final approvals on proofs and ensuring all printed materials meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines and communication calendars coordinating the work of student employees and freelancers collaborating with both the University Marketing and Enrollment Management teams and conducting quality reviews of all marketing materials.
