Our Lead Concierge will not only have the opportunity to provide extraordinary services but will also have time to develop meaningful relations with our residents and associates.

For us the right candidate will have Concierge experience employee relations and administrative addition to the day to -day operations of the department you will also have the skills and experience necessary to onboard new associates file and assist with comprehensive general orientation. The right candidate will be an organized hands-on team player with exceptional communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate for us will be equally proficient in working with seniors and associates.

What you will need for this position:

• 3-year experience as a concierge

• Computer and systems literate

• Must have a proven track record of attention to details

• Able to work weekends and holidays

• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
