Job Description
- Leadership & Strategy: Drive team strategy and accountability motivate and enable team members and set the standard for sourcing and hiring top talent. Partner with finance and senior leadership to meet headcount goals within budget and timelines.
- Operational Excellence: Manage req allocation capacity planning and team performance. Ensure ATS compliance and use data to forecast and report progress to executive team members and other key stakeholders.
- AI & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and create efficiencies with AI staying ahead of industry trends and sharing insights with the team.
- Team Development: Act as a player-coach to train mentor and empower team members to implement best practices and deliver on KPIs. Advocate for resources and manage expectations with stakeholders when needed.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with functional leaders (including executive team stakeholders) finance and People Business Partners to align on hiring needs and workforce planning with a view toward IPO readiness.
- 5 years proven experience leading talent acquisition teams and managing VP and similar leadership-level searches with a strong focus on hiring executives and specialized technical roles in late-stage private SaaS companies.
- Expertise in sourcing and hiring unique talent particularly in the field of AI and other specialized functional areas.
- Strong understanding of pre-IPO equity compensation structures and benefits with the ability to manage complex offer negotiations.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment tools systems and best practices coupled with a strong understanding of how to leverage AI and data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes.
- Exceptional leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly shift priorities to align with changing business needs.
