Overview
We are seeking a skilled and driven Program Manager to lead Crashworthy production activities support new product development and foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing ERP systems and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of new product development milestones and production outputs.
- Promote company mission vision and values through collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prime contractors and government agencies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Manage large volumes of data for reporting compliance and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and cost/budget analysis.
- Strong understanding of government contract regulations and export compliance.
