This position will take lead on the components design development implementation and maintenance of electrical components. The incumbent is expected to deliver current product management & improvement and new product development to meet the critical customer requirements such as cost reliability & durability requirements. Job duties including but not limited to product design application and installation development research reliability materials product performance/support and service.

The key role of this engineering position is to:
- :
- Collect customer needs and deliver electrical component solution to meet customer expectation. 收集客户需求并提供满足客户期望的电气零件解决方案
- Work closely with supplier to deliver reliable solution. 和供应商紧密合作以提供可靠方案
- Host and participate communications with global team including engine / machine system team partners suppliers in daily work. 在日常工作中主持和参与全球团队的沟通团队包括发动机/整机团队合作伙伴国际供应商等
- Manage project and produce documentation as required per NPI process and APQP process. 根据 NPI 流程和 APQP 流程的要求管理项目制作文档
- Define and executing electrical components design verification and validation plans. 定义和执行电气零件设计验证和确认计划
- Communicate results through technical reports and presentations. 通过技术报告和演示交流结果
- Develop innovative design to support enterprise innovation strategy and product line extension. 开发创新设计支持企业创新战略和产品线扩展
- Implement solutions using a variety of technologies systems and development environments for diverse machine systems. 使用针对不同机器系统的各种技术系统和开发环境实施解决方案
- Work with engine / machine system lead on design for cost manufacturability test and assembly/integration. 与发动机/整机电气系统负责人一起进行成本可制造性测试和组装/集成设计

- A technical degree and 3 years of previous experiences is highly preferred and consideration will be given to equivalent electrical components experiences and finished several NPI project development cycles completely. 技术学位和至少三年的以往经验优先考虑将考虑具有同等电气零部件开发经验并完整完成多个 NPI 项目开发
- Master the required technology knowledge / function skills for electrical components and understand machine applications. 掌握电气零件所需的技术知识/功能技能了解机器应用

- Independently manage customers programs with minimum supervision. 独立管理客户计划

- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering. 工科本科及以上学历
