Overlake Clinics is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our growing practice in Bellevue WA (located across Lake Washington from Seattle). This is a full-time position collaborating with five additional Endocrinologists (2 FTE 3 per diem) one RN and three MAs.

Highlights:

- Full-time 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours)

- Four-day workweek (10-hour shifts) no weekends/holidays

- 100% outpatient

- 1:5 call from home (no inpatient call)

- Diabetic education and high-risk medication management services available in collaboration with the Overlake Diabetic Education department.

- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $275k-$391k

- Up to 26 days of PTO

- 1 week of CME plus $5000 in CME funds

Qualifications:

- Board eligible/board certified in endocrinology

- Fellowship in endocrinology required

- Active WA State license or ability to obtain
