What youll do:
- Lead and inspire diverse teams on complex D365 Finance projects
- Translate business needs into impactful Microsoft solutions
- Drive workshops demos and solution design
- Mentor and develop talent fostering an inclusive culture
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement
What were looking for:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (AX/D365)
- Strong understanding of finance processes and KPIs
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion
Nice to have:
- Professional finance qualifications (ACA ACCA CIMA etc.)
- Certifications in Power Platform Azure or AI
