Gecko Hospitality is seeking an experienced and charismatic Bar Manager to join our team in Bethlehem PA! As a Bar Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage bar staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory control costs and optimize menu pricing
- Maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Foster strong relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Analyze sales data and implement changes to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to liquor service
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mixology and drink trends a plus
