Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel have a good understanding of International & Domestic destinations and possess the ability to craft Customize Travel Itinerary for guest as per their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences budget and travel goals
Research destinations attractions accommodations transportation and local experiences
Develop vendors tour operators and partners for best rates for their services
Coordinate with vendors tour operators and travel partners for bookings and logistics
Ensure itineraries are logistically sound cost-effective and aligned with client expectations
Communicate itinerary details clearly to clients offering guidance and recommendations
Update and maintain itinerary templates and travel packages regularly
Stay up to date with travel trends visa regulations and safety advisories
Handle post-booking support and assist with amendments or cancellations when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in travel planning itinerary design or tourism operations
Strong knowledge of International and Domestic destinations and travel logistics
Excellent research organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple itineraries and meet tight deadlines
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Writing and Speaking Fluency in Marathi Hindi English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Tourism Hospitality or a related field
Prior experience in a travel agency DMC or tour operator
Knowledge of niche travel segments like luxury adventure cultural eco-tourism etc.
