Job Description
Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner - Take and process food and beverage orders accurately - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Suggest and upsell menu items to customers - Ensure that tables are properly set and clean for new customers - Assist in clearing and resetting tables after customers have finished their meals - Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service - Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings as required Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food and beverage menus - Basic math and computer skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
