Are you passionate about storytelling design and international media
Were looking for a PR Administrator to join our dynamic team and help bring our world-class architecture and design narratives to life on the global stage.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented communicator at the start of their career who wants to grow within a globally recognised design studio. Reporting to the Senior PR Manager youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our international communications strategy gaining direct exposure to Tier 1 media prestigious awards and global campaigns.

What youll do
- Support the preparation and distribution of press releases press packs and campaign materials.
- Keep our global media database up to date and track daily coverage across digital and print.
- Assist with award submissions forums and public speaking opportunities.
- Provide key administrative and reporting support to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Contribute to internal updates helping celebrate PR achievements and milestones.
What were looking for
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing Journalism Communications or Architecture (post-grad a plus).
- 12 years PR media or communications experience (agency or in-house).
- Excellent writing proofreading and editorial skills.
- A passion for design architecture and lifestyle storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail organisation and time management.
- A collaborative professional and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cision MarketIQ or Power BI (advantageous).
