Job Description:

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about delivering exceptional care to young adults If so Liquid Personnel is looking for anOperational Lead for its client at Blackpool to manage a specialist residential service supporting 1625-year-olds with complex needs including mental health challenges learning disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.
This is a unique and rewarding role that combines Registered Manager responsibilities with broader operational leadership across a dynamic and evolving service. You will play a vital role in driving regulatory excellence developing staff and achieving impactful care outcomes.

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes.
Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional behavioural and mental health needs.
Oversee care planning risk assessments safeguarding and daily operations.
Drive occupancy performance and quality assurance throughout the service.
Build strong relationships with professionals commissioners and families.
Effectively manage resources staffing rotas and budgets.
Promote a culture of learning safeguarding and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting.
Qualified to Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.
Strong skills in team leadership safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
