Job Description:
Are you a hands-on leader passionate about delivering exceptional care to young adults If so Liquid Personnel is looking for anOperational Lead for its client at Blackpool to manage a specialist residential service supporting 1625-year-olds with complex needs including mental health challenges learning disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.
This is a unique and rewarding role that combines Registered Manager responsibilities with broader operational leadership across a dynamic and evolving service. You will play a vital role in driving regulatory excellence developing staff and achieving impactful care outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be
In this role you will:
- Hold CQC registration and ensure full compliance with care standards across all homes.
- Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality support to young adults with emotional behavioural and mental health needs.
- Oversee care planning risk assessments safeguarding and daily operations.
- Drive occupancy performance and quality assurance throughout the service.
- Build strong relationships with professionals commissioners and families.
- Effectively manage resources staffing rotas and budgets.
- Promote a culture of learning safeguarding and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing in a CQC-registered care setting.
- Qualified to Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.
- Strong skills in team leadership safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
- Flexible resilient and ready to lead by example
