Qualifications

Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across all age groups.
Develop implement and adjust treatment plans to meet individual patient needs.
Accurately complete documentation within required timelines.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs. push/pull up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Address patient needs while considering cultural developmental and language factors.
Communicate effectively with patients families and caregivers.
Adhere to organizational standards of care and professional competencies.
