Role Overview:

As a dedicated Masters level therapist you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders. Your primary role involves crafting personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances ensuring their journey toward healing is both practical and meaningful. You will provide vital therapy services while continuously evaluating patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment: Empathetically complete intake assessments and treatment plans diagnose mental health and substance use disorders and identify strengths and needs.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with patients to develop treatment goals document patient progress and foster a comprehensive approach to care.
Treatment: Provide high-quality therapy services using evidence-based practices respond to crises as they arise and measure progress using outcome measures throughout treatment.
Documentation: Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the patients journey through treatment is clearly documented in their medical record.
Teamwork: Contribute to a multidisciplinary team using an integrated healthcare approach. Actively participate in team meetings contributing your expertise to our teams collective growth and success.
Professional Commitment: Maintain service hour requirements showcasing your dedication to delivering our patients the highest standard of care.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MSW MS MA (masters degrees must be license eligible)
  • Licensure: Must hold an active temporary license or Associate License (LSW LCAC-A LMFT-A LMHC-A)
  • Valid drivers license and active liability insurance.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
  • Must be a minimum 21 years of age.

As a State-Of-the-Art Healthcare Organization and a Federal Contractor Agency we require allindividuals who join Team Bowen to receive a flu shot and TB testto further protect our staff and the patients we serve. There are options for exemption applications but approval is not always guaranteed.
