Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking a project management professional to be part of our Project Delivery Team. The Project Delivery Team supports ODM Fiscal Legislative and Policy initiatives as well as other ODM projects. This position will manage the Contract/Agreement Manager (CAM) Modernization Initiative project. The CAM Modernization Initiative aims to modernize and standardize training for ODM contract/agreement managers (CAMs) by developing a comprehensive training program tailored to vendor contract managers (e.g. Ohio Medicaid Enterprise System contracts) and ODM CAMs implementing prioritized program initiatives. The training will clarify CAM roles and responsibilities improve accountability and help ensure compliance and performance in contract execution. As the CAM Modernization Initiative Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

This position is overtime exempt.
Compensation is as listed on the posting unless required by legislation or union contract.
Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation. Or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license from state of residence.

3 yrs. project management (i.e. management & development of project/program requirements design development testing/pilot training & full scale implementation) with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g. specific human service program area management information sciences fiscal); 12 mos. budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
-Or successful completion of 2 yrs. post-secondary education majoring in business administration public administration computer science/information technology social science or health with major being commensurate with project to be assigned; 12 mos. budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
