What youll do

• Design develop and maintain scalable C# APIs and backend services.
• Work with MongoDB and SQL Server for data modeling querying and performance optimization.
• Ensure service reliability and performance by managing SLAs monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with UI developers and support cross-functional feature delivery.
• Maintain and improve unit test coverage and participate in code reviews.
• Manage UAT environments deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Monitor application health and performance using Datadog.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and automation for backend services.

Whats required

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API development.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Redis Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Jenkins GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to Datadog or similar observability platforms.
• Basic understanding of Angular or is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
