• Works with all levels of the organization to build a business case for a program and gain commitment from department leaders allowing necessary resources to be allocated.

• Interacts with customer teams to help develop and lead programs focused on meeting customer demands.

• Achieves financial results from program approval.

• Develops programs from conception to operation and release to production.

• Manages quotes for new projects integrating different departments to ensure feasibility and awarding of programs

• Manages APQP process complying with cost timing and deliverables on a IATF 16949 environment.

• Manages customer expectations regarding quality timing and performance for assigned programs.

• Ensures that internal and external documentation requirements are met.

• Creates and manages program timelines to meet critical milestones.

• Directs coordinates executes and leads the launch of new programs for the company.

• Develops customer relationships so that the experience of new product launches contributes to the award of new business.

• Coordinates and leads the implementation of Engineering changes.

• Performs on time layered process audits of their work areas or for those established by the layered audit coordinator.
