Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and yearly tax filings for CIT VAT VAT Surplus and Stamp Duty for entities in mainland China (including but not limited to Shanghai Branch Guangzhou Branch 1156 and 1168) and Hong Kong.
- Issue VAT invoice and provide advice to commercial teams from tax perspective regarding customers specific requirement on tax invoices and contracts.
- Verify input VAT invoice from suppliers and the Customs.
- Group tax reporting (9/12 months tax return etc.).
- Respond to inquiries from local tax bureau and the Customs.
- Prepare materials requested by internal and external audits.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with major in accounting finance or tax
- Minimum 3 years accounting work experience.
- Familiar with local tax regulation and PRC GAAP.
- Experience in dealing with tax matters.
- Attention to details and customer oriented.
- Team player with good communication skills.
