What Youll Be Doing
As a Digital Strategy Co-op in the Digital Channel Initiatives team you are accountable for supporting the development of the strategy and roadmap for and Knowledge Management platforms. This is an internal strategy consulting co-op role and key responsibilities include proactively scanning the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and our overall competitive standing using data and market trends to develop strategic recommendations for and Knowledge Management initiatives structure and analyze data to support recommendations and decision making and assist in the development and writing of business cases collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data assess risks and present recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.

You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.
