Orthopaedic Surgeon Spine

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group Department of Orthopaedic Surgery has an immediate need for a BE/BC Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team. We are searching for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about a teaching position in a collegial faith-based environment.

We are a very busy practice with over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons 4 Physician Assistants on staff and a total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training. A resident is assigned to the oncology rotation. Most of the surgical care will be performed at the medical center and lesser cases at another facility East Campus approximately a mile away.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Total Annual Compensation: $680000- $835000

The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank is expected to be $612000 - $752000. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
