Position Overview
Baristas are the foundation and the brand of Mercurys. Baristas are friendly personable and have the ability to engage with customer by providing outstanding service. Ability to work with cross functional teams participate in team meetings always eager to learn and have the ability to multitask with efficiency and speed at all times.

What Youll Do
As a Mercurys Barista youll be more than just a drink maker youll be the face of our brand building genuine connections with guests and teammates while delivering an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Crafting and serving high-quality espresso coffee tea energy drinks and blended beverages.
• Providing friendly fast and attentive customer service with every interaction.
• Handling cash and operating the POS system accurately.
• Maintaining a clean organized and safe café environment.
• Supporting your team with restocking prepping and daily café operations.
• Living out our mission ofCoffee Culture Communityin every guest interaction.
• Other tasks as assigned pertaining to store operations.

What Were Looking For:

• A passion for coffee people and community.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required we provide full training.
