The Burn Program Manager in collaboration with the Burn Medical Director is resonsible for the full-time management and oversight of the Burn Program. this role provides leadership in patient care provider and community educaiton injury prevention program development and regulatory compliance. The manager also oversees the Maryland Burn Registry Burn Quality Management Program and ensures alignment with state and national standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership as a subject matter expert in burn care serving as leader researcher educator advocate and consultant.
Monitor burn patients progress develop standards of care policies and protocols and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
Lead professional development initiatives including compliance with American Burn Association (ABA) and MIEMSS educational standards.
Collaborate with leadership and staff on program goals competencies outreach and injury prevention efforts.
Oversee the Burn Quality Management Program and Maryland Burn Registry including data submission analysis reporting and performance improvement initiatives.
Plan and facilitate burn-related conferences committees and educational programs.
Manage program budgets and shared oversight of trauma and burn clinical data abstraction.
Represent the program in internal and external committees including the Maryland Burn Quality Improvement Committee.
Qualifications and Education:
CPR (AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network)

Salary Range: Minimum 51.22/hour - Maximum 79.39/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
